Meta Ads Infrastructure

Your creative pipeline shouldn't depend on someone's calendar.

We build you a system that researches your customers, generates on-brand creative, publishes it to Meta, and retires losing ads against a rule you set — running daily without a person in the loop.

Intelligence at scale, sized for you.

Six-week engagement. Senior practitioners only. No platform lock-in.
The problem

Meta rewards creative volume. People are the constraint.

Clever targeting stopped being the lever years ago. What moves an account now is how much varied creative you can put in front of the market — which makes your bottleneck production speed, not strategy.

01

The retainer is slow

You're paying monthly and waiting on creative rounds. By the time an ad is live, the angle has moved on without it.

02

Fatigue outruns production

Winners wear out. If the replacement only starts once the current ad dies, there's always a gap where performance drops.

03

Kill decisions are guesses

Without a fixed threshold, ads get cut on a feeling — killing winners early and funding losers too long, often in the same week.

What we build

Four agents and a warehouse that make each other smarter.

Every part writes to one database. That's the difference between a system that learns and an automation that fires once and forgets — it can see what it published and what that produced.

Research

Mines how your buyers actually talk

Pulls the language customers use to describe the problem, ranks the recurring themes, and refreshes from competitor ads and category content so the system doesn't converge on one angle.

Creative

Generates statics and video, on brand

Turns each theme into ad concepts, then checks every asset against your brand rules and a compliance gate before anything reaches your account.

Publish

Ships through the Marketing API

Builds campaigns, ad sets and ads using a write-only pattern that stays inside platform terms — the approach that doesn't put accounts at risk.

Learn

Enforces your kill rule, continuously

Gives each ad a fair testing window, cuts what's losing against your cost threshold, moves survivors into a pool competing for budget, and logs the numbers behind every decision.

The engagement

Six weeks. Then it's yours.

We embed, build against your actual economics, and hand over something your team can operate and change. No retainer that never ends.

01 — Discovery
Weeks 1–2

Your account, your numbers, your constraints

We go through what you're running, what a lead or sale is actually worth to you, and where creative is getting stuck. The kill thresholds and testing windows get set against your economics — not defaults borrowed from someone else's playbook.

02 — Build
Weeks 3–5

Deployed in your accounts, not ours

The research, creative, publishing and learning agents go live against your ad account, your warehouse, your API keys — with brand rules and a compliance gate configured for how you're allowed to talk about what you do.

03 — Handoff
Week 6

Documented, so it isn't a black box

Written runbooks for operating, tuning and extending the system, plus the reasoning behind every threshold. If we disappeared, it would keep running and your team could change it.

Fit

This isn't for everyone.

A fit if
  • You're already spending on Meta and want to spend more, profitably
  • Creative production is visibly the bottleneck
  • You have a tracked conversion event that means something
  • You'd rather own infrastructure than rent another seat
Not a fit if
  • You haven't found an offer that converts yet
  • You want someone to promise a specific return
  • Your budget is too small for tests to reach signal
  • You want a vendor you never have to talk to
Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Will this put my ad account at risk?

The usual cause of trouble is using the Marketing API to bulk-pull data from a live ad account. This system doesn't read performance that way — writes go through the API, reads come from a warehouse fed by a supported data pipeline. That separation is deliberate.

Does AI-generated creative actually work?

Some of it will and most of it won't — that's the point. The value isn't that any single generated ad is brilliant, it's that you can put many angles in front of the market cheaply and let spend data decide, rather than betting a long production cycle on one idea.

What stops it from publishing something embarrassing?

Two gates before anything reaches your account: a brand check on the visuals, and a compliance check on the text that blocks unsubstantiated claims, invented testimonials and anything on your do-not list. Both are configured during Discovery.

What do you need from me?

Access to your ad account and conversion tracking, decisions on your cost thresholds, and about an hour a week reviewing what's being published. Less than managing an agency. More than nothing.

What does it cost?

Scoped per engagement — we'll walk through it on the call. No drawn-out sales process.

Next step

Let's look at your ad account.

Twenty minutes. We'll go through what you're running, where creative is getting stuck, and whether this is worth building for you. If it isn't, we'll say so.
